Justice Leadership Academy
A comprehensive 12-week training program for justice-impacted individuals interested in policy advocacy and legislative strategy. Participants develop skills in civic engagement, learn how to navigate the political process, and build networks with fellow advocates.
Storytelling & Media
A platform for justice-impacted leaders to share their narratives through multiple media formats—written pieces, audio recordings, video testimonies. We help amplify authentic voices that challenge stereotypes and shift public narrative.
Community Organizing
Building grassroots power through coalition work and community mobilization. This program equips leaders with organizing skills to mobilize justice-impacted communities and create collective action for policy change.
Policy & Advocacy
Direct involvement in policy development and legislative advocacy. Participants work with lawmakers, attend committee hearings, and testify about the lived experience impact of proposed legislation.
